Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 at Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian musician and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves has been released by Decca Records and was well welcomed by blogs about music. The artist has already recorded two high-profile covers Half the World Away by the band Oasis to promote a Christmas ad from John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry shared a tweet that Perry made a splash with her track Runaway. Make it a day to celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes' first musical memory involves finding a small piano hidden in the basement and becoming enthralled by the sounds it produced. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. He urged her not to do music just to have fun or to aid in development but instead, she must take it seriously. Thus, she began writing her own songs. As well as Bjork as well, she mentions Leonard Cohen as an influence. Her mom encouraged her to play her music publicly, not so that she could be famous, but to let others know the importance of their work and how they can make a difference for humanity. She began playing the piano at age six and writing music at age nine. The fact that she was a musician wasn't known to her family members until she reached the age of fourteen. Aurora was not a dream of her childhood. Her only passion is to compose music. According to her, she believes music can make any person feel better.
